What to Contact Us About
Technical issues. If the tuner is not detecting pitch, the microphone is not responding, or a tool is not loading, please include your device type, operating system, browser name and version, and a description of what happened.
Content corrections. If a string frequency is stated incorrectly, a tuning technique claim is wrong, or any content contains a factual error, include the page URL, the specific claim, and the source supporting the correction.
Privacy and data requests. To exercise GDPR or CCPA rights, use the subject line “GDPR Data Request” or “CCPA Privacy Request.” Review the Privacy Policy before submitting.
